Dr. Merrick Elias focuses on medical dermatology, advanced cosmetic procedures, and non-surgical body contouring. A fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, he completed fellowship training at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and is known for a pain-free approach and meticulous patient care.

Founded in 2015, Elias Dermatology was built around a simple idea: bring together two brothers — both board-certified dermatologists — and treat every patient like family. Today our team delivers medical, surgical, cosmetic, and advanced laser care to thousands of South Florida patients each year.

Yes — we accept most insurance plans for medical and surgical procedures. Cosmetic, aesthetic, body-contouring, and elective laser procedures are not covered by insurance.
